What is your research focus?
My main field of interest lies in the study of eating behaviours in adults and children. The focus of my PhD is observing how parenting practices during family meals are affected by a parent’s own eating behaviours and how this will subsequently affect their child.
What inspired you to pursue this field of study?
As a registered dietitian, I am passionate about how and why people eat the way they do!
What is your favourite food?
I love all food! But if required, I could survive on pasta dishes alone.
