The Land and Food Systems Graduate Student Conference is a one-day, student-organized conference designed to showcase the diverse graduate research and work taking place in our faculty. This conference aims to highlight the excellent work of our graduate students by providing an opportunity to present at a formal academic conference. It will also provide a forum for disseminating research across departmental boundaries to promote interdisciplinary interaction.
This one-day event will include an interdisciplinary plenary address, poster and oral presentations, lunch, and an award ceremony. Awards and cash prizes will be presented for outstanding oral and poster presentations.
Current LFS students, staff and faculty are encouraged to attend, as well as LFS alumni, and other UBC faculty.
