Research Focus: My research interests centre on the interplay between biological and behavioural mechanisms in obesity, with a particular focus on how nutrition influences metabolic function and health. Using a mixed-methods approach, I aim to elucidate the complex interactions between eating behaviours, diet, and metabolism to inform the development of patient-centred nutritional‚ and behavioural interventions.
